This is a fairly tall plant with scapes measuring 38" and a nice bud count of 18 with 4-5 way branching. The flower has very nice form and substance. It is a sandy peach with a large clear dark wine eye. The yellow throat has peach midribs extending out to feathered notches at the outer edges of the eye zone. The edges of the petals are nicely ruffled with some ruffling on the sepals. The flower is slightly scented and holds up very well in the sun and rain. There is a heavy wine edging on the ruffled petals with a lighter coloured pencil edge. ('Carpet Bagger' x 'Gavin Petit') As an evergreen, it is the least hardy of my 2015 introductions. Nevertheless, it was lined out as single fans in the late summer and although slow to grow in the spring, all survived a very hard winter that killed some varieties of daylilies in Nova Scotia. $18DF (Double Fan)
